Responsibilities
Coordinate daily indoor and outdoor servicing jobs, delivery schedules, routes, and dispatch operations to ensure timely job completion
Develop deep knowledge of the vehicle tyres, batteries, servicing parts and driver journey to improve services and delivery
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and accuracy
Collaborate with drivers, transport contractors, and internal teams to resolve service and delivery issues efficiently
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
Handle operational issues and customer feedback by preparing quotations and operational reports
Manage inventory levels and monitor stock rotations to maintain adequate supplies of products and materials
Apply strategic and critical thinking to support decision-making and teamwork in daily operations
Adapt to changing priorities, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask, and work independently
Demonstrate excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to support operational tasks and reporting
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
Minimum GCE 'O' Level passes
