Industrial Automation (M) Hiring! Full Time Account Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out daily accounting duties in accordance with the Company's specifications, procedures, and work instructions, including but not limited to the following:

(a) Monitor debtors' and creditors' aging reports and payment terms.

(b) Assist in monthly payment follow-ups, debtors' collection, and preparation of collection reports.

(c) Check and verify suppliers' monthly statements of account.

(d) Compile accounting documents and perform daily accounting data entries accurately.

(e) Assist in preparing payments for suppliers, instalments, rental, staff claims, utilities, and other expenses.

(f) Issue official receipts and maintain proper records of receipts and payments.

(g) Prepare sales commission calculations and related reports.

(h) Arrange and maintain banking documents and records.

(i) Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.

(j) Assist in monthly internal billing transactions between companies or departments, where applicable.

(k) Assist in annual stocktaking activities and related documentation.

(l) Assist in preparing financial reports, account reconciliations, and other accounting-related reports as required.

(m) Perform general accounting and administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the Accounting Department.

(n) Be aware of and comply with the Company's QHSE policies, instructions, measures, and procedures relating to health, safety, and the environment at all times.

(o) Maintain and uphold the Company's 6S standards by ensuring the workplace and surrounding areas are clean, organised, and orderly.

(p) Follow instructions from the immediate superior and perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time, provided such duties are compatible with the employee's contract of service.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
