Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8 - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to $4300

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for daily sales operations and customer accounts.
• Prepare rental/renewal agreements, endorsement letters and other sales documents.
• Maintain customer, driver and contract records and ensure proper filing.
• Coordinate insurance activation, cover notes and required company/individual searches.
• Raise purchase orders and support vehicle purchases, billing and supplier invoices.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and support departmental activities.
• Consolidate data for sustainability, risk and corporate reporting.
• Maintain reporting trackers, sustainability KPIs, risk registers and submission schedules.
• Follow up with departments on outstanding reports, audit, governance and business continuity matters.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and Group Office submissions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2 to 4 years of experience in sales administration, business support, operations coordination or reporting.
• Exposure to sustainability, ESG, risk, compliance, audit or governance work will be an advantage but is not essential.
• Experience with contract management, procurement or enterprise systems will be an advantage.
