Responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the company, ensuring business targets, production, quality, and customer requirements are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall daily operations of the company.
• Lead and monitor all departments to achieve company targets.
• Plan and implement business strategies for company growth.
• Monitor production, quality, delivery, costs, and productivity.
• Manage key customers and support business development.
• Control costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage employee performance and manpower matters.
• Handle union matters and employee relations.
• Ensure company policies, safety, and legal requirements are followed.
• Report company performance to Top Management.
• Handle operational and customer issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by Top Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in factory operations and production is an advantage.
• Experience handling union matters and employee relations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Japanese is an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
