We are looking for an Inbound Warehouse Associate to support receiving, put-away, stock movement, and warehouse organisation.

The role will involve working with palletised goods, operating warehouse material-handling equipment, and placing or retrieving stock from high-level racking.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming goods and deliveries.
• Check incoming stock against delivery documents and report discrepancies or damages.
• Perform inbound scanning, labelling, sorting and put-away.
• Move pallets and cartons safely within the warehouse.
• Put away and retrieve inventory from high-level warehouse racking.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as:
• Electric pallet stackers
• Reach trucks
• Pallet jacks
• Order pickers / elevated picking equipment
• Assist with palletisation, wrapping and preparation of stock for storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure goods are stored correctly.
• Support general warehouse housekeeping and space organisation.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures, especially when operating equipment or working at height.
• Assist with stock counts and other warehouse duties when required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inbounding or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience operating stackers, reach trucks, forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working with high racking and at elevated heights using approved warehouse equipment.
• Relevant forklift / equipment certification or licence is an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling cartons and palletised goods.
• Able to work independently and follow warehouse SOPs.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when checking quantities, SKUs and storage locations.
• Safety-conscious and responsible when operating machinery.

Suitable Candidate

This role would suit someone with experience in warehouse inbound operations and high-rack put-away, who is confident using powered material-handling equipment and wants to take responsibility for keeping inbound inventory organised and correctly stored.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
