Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day HR operational and administrative support across various HR functions.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data maintenance, transfers, and offboarding activities.
- Ensure HR records and employee information are maintained accurately and confidentially within HR systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee information and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues and service requests.
- Prepare HR reports, employment letters, and other HR-related documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain service excellence and meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or a related HR support function.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working with HR systems and employee databases will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of payroll processes and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
