Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Check on customers periodically to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
