Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce fulfillment, preferably in warehousing, storage or distribution

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficient in CRM software and relevant e-commerce tools

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with e-commerce platforms

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Able to communicate with Mandarin clients via WeChat or phone

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms

Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns and refunds

Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation

Escalate complex issues when necessary

Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
