• 负责处理诉讼案件文件，从起诉阶段至取得判决（包括 NOD、传票、诉状等）
• 负责法律文件电子提交（E-Filing）
• 处理法拍及抵押执行程序（包括土地局、高庭及拍卖相关事务）
• 处理一般诉讼事务（民事诉讼、离婚案件、公民权申请、清盘、破产及执行程序等）
• 跟进案件进度并确保工作按时完成
• 跟进及记录未缴付的法律费用
• 协调法律文件送达工作
• 准备案件进度报告及客户更新报告
• 准备报价单（Quotation）
• Preparing notice of demand, summons, statement of claim and other related cause papers until judgment
• Filling cause paper via e-filling
• Preparing and all cause paper for foreclosure proceeding for Land Office, High Court and private auction.
• Preparing all cause paper for all general cases including but not limited to all nature of civil action, Divorce, OS for Citizenship application, winding up, bankruptcy and all modes of execution.
• Monitoring all cases to ensure compliance of Turn Around Time.
• Monitoring Outstanding payment for legal fees from all clients
• Supervising service of the cause papers
• Preparing status report and informing client of the same
• Preparing quotations
