Systems Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in technology hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technology talent while partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support recruitment needs across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
• Evaluate candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit through structured screening and assessment processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs across technology functions.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Promote employer branding initiatives and represent Systems Limited in talent acquisition and networking events.
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with internal policies, hiring standards, and diversity goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT services, consulting, or technology industry.
• Hands-on experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technology positions.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and various recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of modern technology stacks, software development methodologies, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations across APAC markets will be an added advantage.
