VTM Digital Limited is a Hong Kong based digital agency specialized in innovative digital interactive solutions. Most of our clients are from property sector, others include entertainment, FMCG and retail sectors. We aim to build an in-depth relationship with clients by knowing their marketing goals and reaching the targets with our creative and interactive strategies.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Travel to client sites to oversee smooth service execution, manage logistics, and ensure seamless delivery from start to finish
• Conduct thorough pre-deployment and on-site UAT to ensure system stability
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless system operations
• Prepare and update training presentations (PPT), and deliver on-site operational training
• Proactively handle client inquiries, troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges with flexibility, and maintain strong client satisfaction
• Prepare daily operational documentation and track hardware inventory

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Event Operations, Project Coordination, or Field Services
• ⁠Outgoing, expressive, and highly approachable. Proven track record of building rapport quickly with clients and external partners
• Able to think on your feet, handle last-minute changes, and resolve on-site situations independently and decisively
• Comfortable working independently and managing on-site client interactions
• Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and digital tools is a distinct advantage
