• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and activities within the estate.
• Oversee harvesting operations and ensure field work is carried out according to the planned schedule.
• Monitor plantation maintenance activities and follow up on work progress.
• Monitor the attendance, work performance, and productivity of field workers.
• Prepare checkroll and piece-rate payment records based on work performed and applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, work progress, labour deployment, and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth and efficient estate operations.
• Ensure field activities are carried out in accordance with Company procedures, safety requirements, and operational instructions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge or training in plantation or estate operations.
• Able to prepare and maintain basic work, attendance, and productivity records.
• Willing to work in an outdoor plantation environment.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
