Manage and support Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune, including user accounts, access rights, device management, application deployment, and security compliance.

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support, troubleshooting issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, networks, email, Outlook, Exchange Online, Lark Mail, and business applications.

Handle software installation, configuration, updates, patching, IT asset management, and device lifecycle management.

Coordinate with IT vendors, server hosting providers, cloud service providers, and ISPs for technical support, maintenance, hardware repairs, and service requests.

Monitor IT systems, endpoint compliance, and service availability, ensuring smooth and reliable daily operations.

Support IT security, user access reviews, cybersecurity practices, and incident response.

Participate in rotational shifts, including night shifts and on-call support, to ensure business continuity.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–5 years Qf experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Service Desk Operations.

Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365.

Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.

Experience coordinating with IT vendors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including both day and night shifts.
