• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.

• 3 years and above of proven experience in property sales or a related sales role.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential for client interaction.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.

• Ability to generate leads and build a strong client base.

• Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.

• Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques relevant to the property industry.

• Willingness to work onsite at Unit 2A, Level G, Utopia Eco Grandeur, Jln Eco Grandeur 1/3B, Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor, 42300, Malaysia.

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned real estate market, focusing on achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

• Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers, effectively highlighting property features, benefits, and investment potential.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering expert advice throughout the sales process.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, including utilizing digital marketing channels, networking, and attending industry events.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal, including property valuation, negotiation, and facilitating the necessary paperwork and legal processes.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property regulations to provide informed guidance to clients and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials that accurately represent the company's property offerings.
