Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience (industrial/machinery preferred)

  • Strong track record in sales performance

  • Technical understanding of machinery or automation solutions

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Willing to travel

  • Currently working style: hybrid (will set-up a branch office in Johor in near future)

  • Salary Range: RM5,500 – RM6,000 (basic) + RM500 (Allowance)

A results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of packaging machinery and automation solutions. This role offers a clear pathway to become a Branch Sales Manager for high performers. Coverage of Melaka, Johor and Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts

  • Sell packaging machinery and turnkey solutions

  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → after-sales

  • Deliver technical presentations and customized proposals

  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
