About the Role

We are a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of our client, an established branding and consumer products company based in Batu Caves.

As the business continues to grow across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other online platforms, we are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented individual to join the E-Commerce team.

This role is primarily focused on Customer Service & E-Commerce Operations , involvement in video content and live hosting.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & E-Commerce Operations

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and social media.
• Provide product information, recommendations and assistance with customer orders.
• Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor order fulfilment and follow up on deliveries.
• Handle after-sales enquiries, returns and customer feedback professionally.
• Assist in updating product listings, promotions and online store information.
• Support daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other online marketplaces.
• Work closely with Sales, Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure a good customer experience.
• Prepare simple daily and monthly reports.

Video Content & Live Hosting

• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera to introduce and demonstrate products.
• Participate in short-form video content for TikTok, Reels and other social media platforms.
• Assist with or host TikTok / social media live sessions when required.
• Communicate and engage naturally with viewers during live sessions.
• Work with the team to create simple and engaging product-related content.
• No professional live-hosting experience is required; training will be provided.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, with the confidence to communicate naturally on camera and during live sessions.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Customer Service, E-Commerce, Retail, Online Sales or Sales Support experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada is an added advantage.
• Comfortable appearing in videos and participating in live sessions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
