Responsibilities
Performing routine maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
Repairing damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines
Painting the building when the old paint fades or chips
Keeping tools and equipment clean, organized and in good condition
Notifying management when parts orders are needed for repairs
Conducting building and equipment inspections to identify issues
Weatherizing the building by repairing weather stripping or replacing insulation
Updating work orders, writing notes about services performed and closing requests upon completion
Adhering to workplace health and safety standards
