We are looking for a reliable and proactive

Operations Executive

to manage day-to-day business activities and support the smooth functioning of our operations. This is a dynamic role that involves coordination, communication, and organization across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Handle hiring and onboarding processes

Submit weekly and monthly operational reports

Order and manage inventory of consumables

Monitor staff attendance at various sites

Coordinate and conduct meetings with clients

Requirements:
Proven experience in an operations, admin, or coordination role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication and client-facing abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
