Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

2. Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.

3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

4. Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

5. Prepare staff duty rosters, assign daily tasks, and monitor staff performance.

6. Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety and hygiene requirements.

7. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers.

8. Assist in ordering food ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies.

9. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and serving of food.

10. Handle cashier duties, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting when required.

11. Assist management in controlling operational costs and reducing food wastage.

12. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.

13. Support management in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

14. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.

2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

3. Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or F&B establishment is preferred.

4. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong customer service skills and a positive working attitude.

6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food hygiene, and safety standards.

8. Able to handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively
