Summary:

************* is looking for an Executive – Rewards to source and manage strategic partners, develop rewards programmes, coordinate campaigns and drive customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Source, engage and onboard new rewards, lifestyle, merchant and strategic partners to expand the rewards ecosystem.
• Manage relationships with existing partners and coordinate ongoing partnership activities, campaigns and promotions.
• Develop and support rewards programmes, vouchers, customer benefits and partner-led engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate joint marketing, activation and promotional activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, campaign briefs and other commercial documentation.
• Support partnership discussions and negotiations on campaign mechanics, benefits, contribution and commercial terms.
• Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Technology, Operations and other teams to ensure smooth programme execution.
• Monitor programme performance, utilization, partner contribution and customer engagement, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain partner records, campaign calendars, performance reports and regular management updates.
• Identify new partnership, loyalty and customer engagement opportunities aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in rewards, loyalty programmes, partnership marketing, merchant acquisition, customer engagement or related functions.
• Experience in sourcing and onboarding partners, managing campaigns, promotions, vouchers or customer benefits is preferred.
• Experience managing external partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders for programme or campaign execution.
• Exposure to automotive, lifestyle, retail, digital platforms, financial services or consumer-facing businesses is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
