We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance digital products and web applications that support operational workflows and improve user experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions, taking ownership of features throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive, accessible, and reusable user interface components.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and application business logic.
• Design database schemas, data models, and application workflows to support operational requirements.
• Implement authentication, authorisation, role-based access controls, and secure coding practices.
• Integrate applications with databases, enterprise systems, and third-party services.
• Develop workflow automation, reporting, and operational management features.
• Take ownership of feature development from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality, application performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• 4–7 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering or application development.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, with experience in React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience developing backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or Go.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, application architecture, and system integrations.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, including database design and query optimisation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Understanding of authentication, authorisation, application security, and secure development practices.
• Ability to independently deliver features and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerisation, and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and production support.
• Experience building workflow automation, reporting, or operational management applications.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
