Job Descriptions :

• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
• Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
• Inspect all incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and shelf life to match against purchase orders and invoices.
• Record, update, and manage inventory logs and receiving documents in the hotel system.
• Secure incoming supplies and ensure timely delivery to the proper departments or storage areas.
• Maintain updated records, manage documentation for returns, and support quarterly/annual inventory counts.

Qualifications :

• Preferably executives specializing in Purchasing / Inventory or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with System.
• Good in communication and negotiation skills.
• Responsible, committed and good problem solving.
• Able to communicate & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
