What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through delivery and continuous improvement.

• Understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements and solutions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, priorities and objectives.

• Gather, analyse and document business and product requirements.

• Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria and product roadmaps.

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA and other technical teams.

• Prioritise product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs and technical feasibility.

• Coordinate Agile/Scrum activities and support end-to-end product delivery.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.

• Support testing, UAT, deployment and production implementation activities.

• Monitor product performance and user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Support solutioning, pre-sales or proposal activities when required.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a related role.

• Strong experience managing software applications or digital products.

• Good understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and prioritisation skills.

• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Experience working on enterprise-level or large-scale applications is an advantage.

• Experience in government / public sector / enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
