JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and wants.
• Responsive to customer enquiries including timely order processing.
• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience
• Responsible for purchase order input, shortage follow up, rejection report, cut off follow up, delivery fee checking whether meets MOQ or not and filling if any.
• Upselling and Cross selling. A Team player who can contribute ideas.

2. Response to customer enquiry Within 30 Mins

3. Implement basic admin tasks according to SOP independently 100 %

4. AOV Follow sales OKR

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
