Requirements
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software is an added advantage.
Good attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into the company system.
Process sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and other documents.
Maintain and organise customer and product records.
Verify data and documents to ensure accuracy.
Assist with daily sales reports and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts and Warehouse departments.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
