Job Description
Prepare and process outgoing shipments (domestic and international)
Verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, Letter of Credit, import & export permit.
Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders
Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages
Maintain shipping records and update systems with shipment details
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping laws
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
Requirements
Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs processes
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
