Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies requiring recruitment and manpower solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, referrals, and prospective client accounts.
• Prepare and present recruitment solutions, service proposals, quotations
• Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure suitable candidates are sourced and presented to clients.
• Follow up on candidate submissions, interview arrangements, job offers, placements, and onboarding progress
• Organizing and coordinating in overseas recruitment events

Requirements :

• Experience in business development, recruitment, staffing, account management, or B2B sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
