  • Lead the end-to-end UI design of marketing campaign pages and product landing pages, including page structure, visual direction, CTAs, information hierarchy, and responsive layouts.
  • Optimize user journeys based on business objectives to improve click-through rates, form submissions, registrations, and overall conversion performance.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready design specifications.
  • Translate product requirements, marketing messages, and user insights into clear, intuitive, persuasive, and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to understand advertising campaigns, campaign themes, and target audiences, ensuring consistency between marketing assets and landing page experiences.
  • Plan and optimize CTAs, value propositions, trust elements, forms, and conversion paths throughout the user journey.
  • Work with Data and Operations teams to continuously improve designs based on page performance data, user feedback, heatmaps, A/B testing results, and other user behavior insights.
  • Ensure a consistent, usable, and responsive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve design systems, UI components, reusable page modules, and design guidelines to enhance design efficiency and brand consistency.
  • Review and QA implemented web pages, working closely with developers to ensure the final output accurately reflects the approved designs and interaction standards.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to explore design concepts, create website layouts, develop interaction prototypes, generate visual assets, and explore front-end motion and animation experiences.
  • Provide professional guidance, design recommendations, and constructive feedback to other designers when required.
  • Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices, AI capabilities, and emerging digital design technologies.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Interactive Media, or a related discipline.
  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience in UI design, web design, product design, digital design, or a related field, with a strong foundation in visual design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate websites, marketing campaign pages, product landing pages, responsive web design, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
  • Proven experience designing landing pages, with a good understanding of user decision-making journeys, CTA design, information hierarchy, and fundamental conversion rate optimization principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Components, Variants, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, A/B testing, or other data and user behavior analytics tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or other AI-powered design and creative tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma Make, Framer AI, Webflow AI, v0, Lovable, or similar AI-assisted web design and development tools, with the ability to create responsive web layouts, interactive prototypes, and front-end experiences.
  • Familiarity with GSAP, Rive, Spline, Lottie, or Framer Motion for web animation and interactive experiences is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, front-end development constraints, and design-to-development handoff processes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with Marketing, Product, UX, and Development teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual quality, brand consistency, user experience, and conversion performance.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
