REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE :

At least 4 years of experience in hotel or resort housekeeping.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Assign rooms and cleaning duties to Room Attendants and housekeeping team members.
• Monitor the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct regular room inspections to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, arranged, and ready for guest check-in.
• Follow up on guest requests, complaints, and housekeeping-related issues.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, cleaning equipment, and chemicals.
• Conduct inventory checks and report shortages, damages, or losses.
• Train, guide, and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and SOPs.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, Lost & Found items, and other incidents to the relevant department.
• Prepare daily housekeeping reports and update the management team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
