Requirements
- Candidate must possess a recognized Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant and/or management experience in retail operations.
- Mandarin speaker preferred due to the nature of the business; able to communicate in multiple languages such as English and Malay.
- Strategic yet detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to implementation and strong analytical and cross-functional skills.
- Strong people management, motivation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, proposal development, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Independent, resourceful, performance-oriented, self-motivated, and service-oriented, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays due to the nature of the business.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of retail outlets to achieve sales targets and profitability, control operating expenses, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Drive retail excellence by ensuring retail-related issues are promptly addressed and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Lead, guide, and coach the operations team while motivating retail staff to support continuous development, maintain high performance, and foster strong team morale.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive business expansion by identifying and evaluating opportunities for new outlet openings.
- Prepare monthly reports covering operational performance, financial performance, and competitive analysis of the retail market.
- Manage operating costs and resources, including forecasting and budgeting to support business objectives.
- Analyze market opportunities and take accountability for setting and achieving sales targets.
- Oversee outlet openings and closures, ensuring smooth operations, proper transition, and minimal disruption to business activities.
