Liaise with customers
Prepare and manage documentation
Assist in the Customer Service department and report to Team Manager
Ensure accurate and timely handling of all tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or related industry preferred
Some knowledge of f&b logistics is an advantage
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Passionate about learning and taking on new tasks
Good written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
