• What You Will Do:
• Conduct comprehensive in-home physical assessments for elderly or post-discharge clients.
• Design, implement, and regularly review personalized home rehabilitation programs.
• Provide professional advice, training, and support to family members and domestic helpers.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of patient progress.

What We Are Looking For:

• Registered Physiotherapist with a valid Practising Certificate (Part 1a) issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong.
• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centric mindset.
• Highly independent, responsible, and capable of working in out-reach settings.
• Experience in geriatric, neurological, or community rehabilitation is a strong plus.
