• Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other assigned platforms according to the approved schedule.
• Follow established LIVE SOPs, campaign guidelines, promotional mechanics, and company policies.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, prices, and promotions clearly and accurately.
• Engage actively with viewers, respond to questions, and maintain audience interest throughout live sessions.
• Apply effective selling techniques, including product recommendations, objection handling, promotional urgency, and sales closing.
• Achieve assigned sales, GMV, engagement, and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and consistent brand representation during live sessions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams on promotional campaigns, product information, and content planning.
• Prepare and submit post-LIVE performance reports, including sales results, viewer engagement, and customer feedback.
• Report technical difficulties, product issues, customer complaints, or operational concerns to the Key Account Leader.
• Participate in product training, campaign briefings, and performance improvement sessions when required.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the superior or Management within the scope of the position.
