ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Associate
with experience in the dental industry to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and industry partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
Promote and sell dental products, equipment, consumables, or solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate new customer accounts.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training where required.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Maintain excellent customer service and post-sales support.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience within the dental industry.
Knowledge of dental products, equipment, consumables, or clinic operations.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
Possess a valid driving licence (advantageous).
