About the role

Be the first friendly voice for property enquiries. You'll follow up with interested customers, understand what they're looking for, and set up appointments with our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and follow up with prospective customers whom the company is authorised to contact.
• Gather basic customer requirements, including budget, preferred location, purchase timeline and financing needs.
• Coordinate site visits, showroom appointments and consultations with authorised sales personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, communications and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
• Reconnect with previous enquiries and maintain customer relationships in accordance with the company's data protection policies.
• Stay informed about property projects, approved pricing, packages and market developments to support customer enquiries.

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• English preferred; BM & Mandarin / Cantonese a bonus
• Confident on the phone, a good listener, and not put off by a "no"
• Comfortable with CRM, Google Workspace/MSOffice and calling apps

What you'll get

• RM2,500 basic salary + commission & performance bonuses
• Full training provided to help you hit your targets
• Working hours: Tue–Sat, 9am–6pm
