• Assist the superior in overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operation includes ensuring daily production targets are met, maximize production yield rate, and adhering to factory safety & environmental standards and report abnormalities.

• Work closely with the superior and QC to investigate non-conformance reports (NCR), perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Lead, train, and manage subordinates.  Enforce workplace safety protocols such as chemical safety, ventilation/fume controls, and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs. Implement 5S principles and continuous improvement across the factory floor.

• Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior(s).

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Materials / Chemical / Mechanical / Metallurgical/ Industrial Engineering

• Min 3 years of similar working experience is preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Languages required: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

• Willingness to work in a factory environment.

• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 are added advantages.
