• Provide administrative and coordination support to a team of recruiters (3 Pax) who are supporting Private Bank Hiring and Head of Strategic Recruitment for Private Bank
• Schedule interviews, meetings and appointments with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meeting arrangements and handle changes to schedules.
• Assist with recruitment documentation, data entry, tracking and updating of records via workday
• Prepare simple reports, presentations and other administrative documents as required.
• Handle general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
