Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.

• Supervise daily ME&I site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with clients, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, site progress, and overall work quality.

• Review method statements, risk assessments, ITPs, and PTW requirements before work execution.

• Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and report progress, risks, and delays to the Project Manager.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site management experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, asset renewal, or construction projects.

• Experience in ME&I site supervision, project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.

• Knowledge of engineering standards, construction practices, quality control, and WSH requirements.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; WSQ Process Plant Safety certification or equivalent is preferred.

• Willing to work full-time on-site and travel between project sites when required.
