About the Roles

We are hiring a Production Operator for a precision engineering company located in Ang Mo Kio. This permanent position offers a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday (8.20AM – 6.00PM) with a competitive package including basic salary, overtime pay, and performance bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform production and assembly activities based on work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Operate machinery and manage materials properly to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct visual inspections and dimensional checks to verify product specifications.
• Detect and highlight defects, irregularities, or production concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe production environment.
• Update production records, material usage, stock movement, and related information accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support efficient daily operations.
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess at least N Levels or equivalent qualifications.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or precision engineering will be an advantage.
• Familiar with basic measuring tools and assembly jigs; training will be provided.
• Able to perform visual inspections with care and attention to detail.
