Responsibilities
Provide guidance on property-related compliance matters to salespersons and clients.
Assist with claims, commission disputes, and mediation proceedings.
Handle AML enquiries, compliance reviews, audit checks, and follow-up actions.
Draft and review legal documents and related correspondence within the scope of the role.
Coordinate with internal departments and relevant parties on legal and compliance matters.
Handle enquiries, feedback, telephone calls, and walk-in visitors.
Maintain proper records of claims, disputes, and compliance activities.
Support departmental projects and other duties as assigned.
