About TBH

At TBH, we dream of transforming communities and improving lives, by providing innovative solutions to our clients most complex problems.

We’re one of Australia’s largest privately owned, independent consultancies with an international footprint, and have been specialising in delivering critical infrastructure projects since 1965.

As leaders in our field and trusted advisors, we have provided specialist project management services to the public and private sectors on over 8,000 landmark projects across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

TBH has been growing rapidly in Asia, Australia and The Middle East, but continues to be a connected, collaborative and supportive team.

About the Opportunity

As our Consultant, specialising in Planning & Scheduling, you’ll be based full-time onsite at our client’s location in Singapore, working closely with both the client and TBH teams. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team, playing a key role in developing, managing, analysing, and executing detailed project plans and schedules across a range of complex programs. With your demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling, you’ll bring strong communication skills and a background in the delivery of complex construction projects in a variety of industries.

You’ll work closely with TBH colleagues and client-side stakeholders to support the development, monitoring and reporting of project schedules—ensuring alignment with delivery milestones and program objectives. This role will see you contributing to both the technical and operational aspects of planning and scheduling, with exposure to a broad range of responsibilities and opportunities to deepen your expertise.

You’ll also be responsible for:
Developing, preparing, maintaining and monitoring detailed project programmes and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones, contractual requirements and client objectives.

Preparing and updating project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, including baseline programmes, progress updates and schedule analysis.

Monitoring construction progress against approved project programmes, identifying potential delays, risks and constraints, and supporting the development of appropriate mitigation strategies.

Preparing and analysing project planning reports, including Gantt charts, S-curves, progress reports and other scheduling outputs to support project performance monitoring and decision-making.

Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, technical specifications, project documentation and programme requirements to support effective planning and scheduling.

Supporting project teams with resource planning, including manpower, equipment and material requirements, to ensure project activities are aligned with programme timelines.

Assisting with the review and analysis of project costs, quantities, progress claims and variations where required to support overall project controls and reporting.

Coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants and client stakeholders to ensure accurate project information and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Reviewing project data from multiple sources, identifying discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy and quality of planning documentation and deliverables.

Supporting the preparation of project reports, schedule updates, progress assessments and other technical deliverables for client submissions.

Assisting in identifying opportunities to improve project planning processes, reporting efficiency and overall project delivery.

Providing timely and accurate updates to senior team members and client stakeholders to support project progress reporting and informed decision-making.

Applying industry best practice planning, scheduling and project controls methodologies to support the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Adapting to different project environments, including working from TBH offices, client sites and temporary overseas assignments where required.

What you’ll bring

As our successful candidate you'll bring:
