Purpose

Own project delivery and demand management for the Data & Analytics function, providing the project management discipline the function currently lacks and taking this responsibility off the Head of Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for Data & Analytics initiatives, including planning, tracking and reporting.

• Manage demand intake and prioritisation across the function.

• Partner with the Business Analyst to coordinate delivery and demand management activity day-to-day.

• Establish project delivery standards, templates and governance for the function.

• Report project and delivery status to the Head of Data & Analytics and wider stakeholders.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 6 years experience in project management or project delivery, ideally within IT or data functions.

• Experience with demand management and prioritisation frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) desirable.

• Experience managing a small team or direct report is an advantage.

• Experience of DevOps desirable.
