Join a team that building the future! Reliant Design Solutions (RDS) is looking for tech-forward BIM professionals to lead Malaysia's digital construction revolution.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management, Building Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in 3D civil infrastructure modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D on live design or site construction projects.

• Working knowledge in AutoCAD, Navisworks & InfraWorks would be considered an additional advantage.

• Ability to read, interpret, and extract design intent from civil engineering construction drawings, survey plans, and utility layouts.

• Strong attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams.

1. Transform survey data, 2D civil drawings, and engineering concepts into data-rich 3D infrastructure models that drive seamless multi-disciplinary BIM coordination.

2. Construct horizontal and vertical alignments, profiles, and custom cross-sectional assemblies to build complex 3D corridors for roads, highways, and site access routes.

3. Model underground gravity and pressure pipe networks, ensuring precise 3D routing for stormwater drainage, sewerage lines, and water reticulation systems.

4. Export and transform Civil 3D data for seamless inter-operates with Revit (Architectural/Structural), and Navisworks (clash detection).

*Candidates less than 2 years focused experience in BIM Modeling will be considered for Junior Position.
