Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor customer orders from confirmation until final delivery.
• Ensure all job details, specifications, quantities, materials, deadlines and customer requirements are clearly understood before proceeding.
• Prepare and maintain job sheets, production schedules and job status records.
• Follow up closely with the design, production, purchasing and delivery teams to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Identify potential delays or issues and take prompt action to resolve them.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in operations, printing, advertising, production coordination or a similar role.
• Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand instructions, job specifications and customer requirements clearly and accurately.
• Highly focused and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify discrepancies and minimise errors.
• Excellent organisational, coordination and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Proactive in seeking clarification when instructions are incomplete or unclear.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, designers, suppliers and production teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and email communication.
• Responsible, disciplined, systematic and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
