1. Hiring: Procurement Executive – Day Shift

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Permanent
Joining: Immediate
Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 + KPI up to RM 300/month
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Education: Diploma and above

Language Requirements: Traditional Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
• Monitor estimated arrival dates and resolve purchasing discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin and English.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Interview Process: 3 interview stages – Operations, Client Interview 1 and Client Interview 2.
