Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform QA/QC inspections for Civil, Structural and Architectural works
• Review method statements, ITPs, material submissions, inspection requests and quality records
• Verify incoming materials, workmanship and site installation quality
• Coordinate inspections with the client, consultants, RTOs and subcontractors
• Track and close NCRs, defects and punch-list items
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and Singapore standards
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil, Structural or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of C&S/CSA quality management experience
• Familiar with civil-work materials, construction methods, standards and specifications
• Good knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures and documentation
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Semiconductor, cleanroom or industrial project experience is an advantage
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
