Job Description

• · Responsible for full set of accounts, ie: AR, AP, GL, Cashbook and reporting
• · Follow up outstanding payment from customer & manage AR collection
• · Handle subcontractor (diesel & transport) related matters, including payments (TR/cheque/TT)
• · Assist in month end and year end closing activities, including pass Journal voucher and prepare audit schedule. Eg. Stock adjustment, payroll related schedule, prepayments and etc
• · Liaising with external parties, ie: suppliers, customers, auditors, tax agents
• · Banking and treasury
• · Provide assistance to the Management for any issues raised
• · Other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Requirements:
• At least Diploma / Degree in Accounting
• Min 2-3 years' of relevant working experience in Accounts Payables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
• Well-Organized, positive working attitude and a team player
• Self-starter and able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent
• Transportation pick-up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Joo Koon MRT
• Able to commence work immediately/short notice preferred
• 5 days work week.
