Job Description

1. Design and planning of all Routine Maintenance Work

2. Ensuring that Routine Maintenance Works are carried out in accordance with the design and specifications

3. Controlling and assuring the quality of all the Routine Maintenance Work

4. Ensuring the smooth implementation and operation of the company computer  system

5. Liaising with the clients  and  a  variety  of professional  including JKR  and subcontractors

6. Making sure the project complies with legal requirements

7. Ensuring project run smoothly and structure are completed within budget and on time

8. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures

9. Resolving design and development problems

10. Others as directed by the Senior Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

• Possess CIDB card

• Fresh graduate encourage to apply.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to think methodically to manage projects

• Problem solving skills

• Ability to work to deadlines and within budget

• Excellent verbal for written communication skills

• Negotiating, supervisory, leadership skill
