Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing or 0-6 years hands-on experience.

  • Minimum 2–6 years working experience in assembly quality inspection.

  • Able to read basic engineering drawings. Competent in using measuring tools (caliper, multimeter, torque tools). Able to perform inspection independently.

    • Responsibilities

    1. To perform in-process inspection independently to ensure compliance with specifications.
    2. To verify assembly work against drawings and work instructions.
    3. To record and report non-conformance (NCR).
    4. To support troubleshooting of quality issues with production team.
    5. To ensure inspection activities are completed within timeline.
    6. To maintain proper inspection records and reports.
    7. To support QA Engineer in quality data collection.
    8. To ensure compliance with ISO, SOP, and safety requirements.
    9. Other duties assigned by superior.
