Responsibilities
Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate
daily logistics and delivery operations
.
Assign and coordinate
manpower and delivery schedules
to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor daily
collection, sorting and delivery activities
.
Coordinate with customers, delivery personnel and relevant parties on operational matters.
Monitor attendance, punctuality and work performance of the team.
Ensure all deliveries are carried out
accurately, safely and on time
.
Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions when required.
Maintain proper records and prepare daily operational reports.
Ensure employees comply with
company policies, procedures and safety requirements
.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous experience in
logistics, courier or delivery operations
will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and
team management skills
.
Able to work independently and handle operational issues effectively.
Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
Able to manage changing schedules and operational requirements.
